At Elastic Email, we take Spam seriously! We have many processes in place to ensure our service is not being exploited to send unsolicited email. If you feel you have received Spam through our email service, please fill out this form so we can investigate. We do not tolerate the sending of Spam through Elastic Email so we will deal with situation appropriately with the details you provide.

We encourage you to always contact the user who sent the email first.  Generally they will remove you from your list.  If they are not responsive or won't comply, we will take all measures necessary to ensure they do not send you unsolicited bulk email.
