Be our guest
If you’re here, it means you’re interested in writing a little something for us! We’d love to see what you want to write!
At Elastic Email, we welcome anybody who has a knack for the written word and would like to contribute to our ever-expanding library of valuable, informative guest posts.
So, how do you become a part of our blog?

Are we a good match?
We’re looking for folks who are interested in email sending and subjects related to it. We’re open to collaborating with writers who are able to write a quality piece backed up by sources including statistics and studies, and explain various concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
In turn, we offer a spot on a blog that consistently provides quality content to its readers. Your article will be shared on social media, as well as in our monthly newsletter to thousands of readers.
What are we looking for?
We’d love to read about the newest trends and scientific research that can influence emails. We enjoy articles that can, for instance, guide businesses in the effective use of email marketing and email sending - welcome email sequences, video integration, email marketing tips for a specific industry, email delivery or case studies are some topics we love.
Pitch us your idea (or ideas, if you have many) and we’ll let you know if it is something we’re interested in.

Guest posting process step by step
1Get in touch
Fill out the form below. If your article idea is good, we will get back to you.
2Create an outline
Submit a short outline of your article, and receive feedback from our Content Team.
3Finalize the article
Send us the final version of the text. We will proofread it and publish it on our blog.
Check our guidelines first...
Create a Google Doc and share the link with us
It will make it easier for us to review the article, add comments and exchange feedback.
The preferred word count is between 800 and 2,500 words
It’s not set in stone, however, our average is about 1,500 words. We enjoy reading longer articles, and so do our readers.
Include a short bio and your photo
Under every post we include an “about the author” section. This is your chance to tell the audience about yourself. It’s a few sentences about who you are and what you do. You can add some personal info. Don’t forget about the author’s photo!
Include the graphics you want
Send over any additional graphics you want to use within the article. Keep in mind that the art can’t be copyrighted to be posted. Don’t worry about the featured image for the article - our graphic designer will handle that.
Provide us with text samples
Before we start collaborating with you, we want to know whether your writing style meets our expectations. If you have some other articles or texts already published somewhere else, send us a link to them.
Keep it professional
We don’t appreciate cuss words, aggressive language or being unnecessarily rude. We’d like to avoid those in our articles to be in line with how our brand treats others.
Don’t link to our direct competitors
We would like to avoid linking to businesses that offer similar products and services. If you are unsure about a certain resource, let us know.
Let us know if you want to include a link
Send us the links you want to include before you start the writing process, just so we can let you know if they can be included. For example, we do not accept links to our direct competitors and any commercial sites offering paid likes and followers or written assignments, etc.
We stick to US English
Our readers come from all over the world, so we want the article to be understandable to a wide audience.
The text has to be unique
It can’t be a reprint published elsewhere and it can’t be copied to another page later.
