Elastic Email is looking for new talent to expand our team with the position of Graphic Designer in Szczecin, Poland.
Elastic Email is an international Email Service Provider that helps tens of thousands of companies excel at Email Marketing or sending Transactional Emails. We develop our own solutions from scratch and constantly improve the technologies used to deliver one of the best services in the world.
We currently support over 12,000 new registrations to the application per month. Thousands of companies from the United States, Great Britain, India, Brazil, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, Poland and many other European countries use our solution.
Job description
The role that you are applying for may include:
co-leading website related projects along with the Senior Designer,
accepting briefs from the marketing or product team and support them with the necessary designs,
preparing designs in accordance with the brand strategy and style guidelines,
developing graphics and/or illustrations for blog articles,
developing graphics and/or illustrations for email templates that are used in the email campaigns that we’re sending,
developing graphics for social media posts,
developing visual concepts for online advertising (Facebook and Google Ads),
supporting HR department with the graphics and/or illustrations for the HR activities,
working with content creators to support their projects and requirements,
amending designs after feedback.
Good understanding of how video content or animation works will be a highly appreciated, additional skill.
Requirements
proven experience in designing graphic materials for different marketing purposes,
a strong portfolio of graphics and/or illustrations,
fluency in Adobe CC package, especially Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe XD
good command of the English language (written and spoken),
a keen eye for aesthetics and details,
great communication and teamwork skills,
ability to work methodically and meet deadlines,
analytical approach to projects, problem solving and challenges.
