Marketing Specialist
Szczecin, Poland (hybrid model)
We are looking to expand our team with the position of Marketing Specialist that will support the work of the marketing team in Szczecin, in the field of global content marketing, brand channel management in social media networking, and email marketing.
We’re looking to hire a person with experience in the above-mentioned areas, excellent command of the English language, creative mind and the ability to organize their work independently.
Elastic Email is an all-in-one email delivery platform. We offer an SMTP Relay, robust HTTP API and a User Interface that has a complete suite of tools and features for managing contacts, templates, campaigns and reports. We specialize in delivering transactional and marketing email.
From the beginning, the company has been focused on developing its own technologies and solutions that have allowed us to build a fully scalable product.
We currently support over 12,000 new sign-ups to the application per month. Thousands of companies from the United States, Great Britain, India, Brazil, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, Poland and many other European countries use our software.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Participate in the life and daily meetings of the marketing team to plan activities and projects,
Create and / or moderate content for the blog and Elastic Email website in accordance with the strategy and available guidelines (in cooperation with the Marketing Team Leader),
Create a communication strategy on social media channels (in cooperation with the Marketing Team Leader),
Lead selected company communication channels, manage profiles, plan and make regular publications and build community involved also with paid and free promotion of content in the brand's social media,
Create and send company newsletters (external and internal),
Serve other, dedicated campaigns as part of Elastic Email marketing activities,
Collaborate on creating content for paid ads,
Cooperate in creating image activities of Elastic Email,
Cooperate with HR in creating content supporting recruitment and employer branding activities,
Analyze and optimize ongoing activities.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous work experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar position,
Has excellent command of the English language both written and spoken (90% of the content is written in English),
Has experience in independently managing various communication channels and media profiles community, building an engaged community, as well as paid and free content promotion,
Can write engaging content for a blog or website,
Has experience in creating and sending email marketing,
Understands how paid Google Ads or Facebook ads work and can create content for these ads,
Can analyze the effects of their work, draw conclusions and optimize the actions taken,
Has great communication skills and is able to present ideas in a clear and proper way as well as is open for feedback from others,
Is an active team player and multitasker, carrying out tasks in accordance with accepted processes and within accepted deadlines.
Who exceeds in this role?
Knowledge of the SaaS business model and products,
Experience in conducting B2B marketing activities,
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and the most important marketing channels,
Experience in working with the Company Manager on Facebook and other tools, i.e. Facebook Pixel, Advertising Reports, Event Manager,
Familiar with Google Analytics and analization the effectiveness of activities,
Ability to create simple graphic materials, e.g. in Canva or Adobe Photoshop,
Experience in working with content management systems (WordPress),
Up to date with news in the marketing industry, understand the current trends and not afraid to experiment,
SEO basic knowledge also with the ability to create optimized texts.
