Customer Success (Remote Position)

Elastic Email is looking for new talent to join Customer Success/Support team in Costa Rica.

Elastic Email is an international Email Service Provider that helps tens of thousands of companies excel at Email Marketing or sending Transactional Emails. We develop our own solutions from scratch and constantly improve the technologies used to deliver one of the best services in the world.

Requirements:

Computer – owned personally,

High-speed Internet access,

Home office setup where you can work without the distractions of being at home,

Customer service experience,

Proficient software user,

Proficient keyboard/typing skills,

IT skills, Internet/network security skills, HTML, Web Programming etc. would be an asset,

Preference will be given to candidates with email delivery knowledge/experience in areas such as SMTP Protocol, DNS Configuration, CNAME, A Records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IPV4, VERP, Whitelists, Blacklists, IP Reputation Monitoring and Mitigation,

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).

Role Overview:

Improve customer experience with Elastic Email,

Full-time ongoing contract role and compensation would depend on previous experience,

Work remotely with our teams located in North America, Europe, Costa Rica and the Philippines,

Share weekend shift responsibility with team,

Hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with an hour off for lunch.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Answering customer queries via email/chat,

Become an expert Elastic Email user,

Reviewing customer email quality,

Customer account health management,

IP management and health,

IP warmup management.
