Customer Support Specialist
Elastic Email is looking for a new talent to join the Customer Success Team.
We are an international Email Service Provider that helps tens of thousands of companies excel at Email Marketing or sending Transactional Emails. We develop our own solutions from scratch and constantly improve the technologies used to deliver one of the best services in the world.
Because of the rapid growth of our company, an opportunity has arisen to join the Polish branch of the Elastic Email team in Szczecin. We are looking for people that will help us build and improve the product that is recognized worldwide.
- - Representing Elastic Email among existing and potential Customers using written English,
- - Communication with customers through chat,
- - Analyzing and solving problems reported by Customers,
- - Communication with a team of developers and technicians, passing on issues reported by Customers,
- - Participation in the product development process,
- - Helping in creation of guides and resources documentation available for our Customers,
- - Positive attitude, willing to help people, good communication skills,
- - Good manners,
- - Very good command of English in writing,
- - Proficiency in computer and Internet use,
- - Technical knowledge related to the operation of Internet domains, email servers, and IP addresses is welcomed (but not necessary),
- - Salary dependent on your experience (approx. 2,500 - 3,000PLN net)
- - Full training,
- - Equipment required to do the job,
- - Full-time job in an office in the very center of Szczecin,
- - Participation in interesting projects and development opportunities,
