Customer Success/Support Specialist

Szczecin, Poland

Elastic Email is looking for new talent to join the Customer Success/Support team in Szczecin.

Elastic Email is an international Email Service Provider that helps tens of thousands of companies excel at Email Marketing and sending Transactional Emails. We have developed our own solutions from scratch and constantly improve the technologies used to deliver one of the best services in the world.

We’re specifically looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will roll up their sleeves and help a team from inside the trenches. As a member of our team, you will help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functioning teams internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions and improve relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience with SaaS clients.

Requirements:

Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken),

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Customer service experience,

No reservations in communicating over video calls,

Self-starter and result-driven approach,

Proficient software user,

Proficient keyboard/typing skills,

Active team player and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities,

Positive attitude, willing to help people,

IT skills, Internet/network security skills, HTML, Web Programming etc. would be an asset.

Preference will be given to candidates with email delivery knowledge/experience in areas such as SMTP Protocol, DNS Configuration, CNAME, A Records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IPV4, VERP, Whitelists, Blacklists, IP Reputation Monitoring and Mitigation.

Role Overview:

Answering customer queries via email/chat,

Participating in video calls to support our Sales Department,

Analyze and solve problems reported by customers,

Reviewing customer email quality,

Communicate with a team of developers and technicians, passing on issues reported by customers,

Participating in the product development process and sharing customer feedback and insights,

Helping in the creation of guides and resources documentation available for our customers,

Sharing weekend shift responsibility with the team.

Please note that we are looking for candidates who are open to working different shifts - 08:00-16:00 and 13:00-21:00.
