Elastic Email is looking for new talent to expand our team with the position of Social Media Specialist in Szczecin, Poland.
Elastic Email is an international Email Service Provider that helps tens of thousands of companies excel at Email Marketing or sending Transactional Emails. We develop our own solutions from scratch and constantly improve the technologies used to deliver one of the best services in the world.
We currently support over 12,000 new registrations to the application per month. Thousands of companies from the United States, Great Britain, India, Brazil, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, Poland and many other European countries use our solution.
Job description
The role that you are applying for may include:
conducting research of industry-related standards for social media,
build and execute social media strategy,
developing content (in collaboration with Content Creators) and publication calendar using publishing platforms,
generate and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions,
creating and distributing marketing copy to help advertise Elastic Email company and our products,
moderate all user-generated content in line with the available guides,
proofreading written posts before publishing,
promoting content on social media and monitoring measures such as likes, comments and shares,
collaborating with marketing and design specialists to illustrate posts and any other type of content you will be creating,
collaborating on the website updates as needed,
supporting the HR department with creating materials to help with the HR activities.
Requirements
proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media specialist,
excellent command of the English language (written and spoken),
excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, text, video), presentation and communication skills,
social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge,
good knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels,
knowledge about Content Management Systems (eg. WordPress),
good understanding of SEO,
commercial awareness and creative mind,
positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability,
time-management skills.
Any experience with a YouTube panel for creators and/or Adobe Premiere will be a highly appreciated, additional skill.
