Requirements:
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role,
Experience with databases, networks and patch management,
Good knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery,
Good experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems,
Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude,
Reliable and trustworthy,
An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment,
Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
Role Overview:
Manage network servers and technology tools,
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements,
Configure software and services for backend server operations,
Troubleshoot issues and outages,
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls,
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, security updates; support internet and network segments,
Interact with Customer Support team and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed,
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
