UI/UX Designer
Szczecin, Poland (hybrid model)
We are looking to expand our team with the position of UI/UX Designer that will support the work of the product quality team in Szczecin, in the field of designing solutions that are later used by platform users.
We’re looking to hire a person with experience in the above-mentioned areas, excellent command of the English language, a creative mind and the ability to organize their work independently.
Elastic Email is an all-in-one email delivery platform. We offer an SMTP Relay, robust HTTP API and a User Interface that has a complete suite of tools and features for managing contacts, templates, campaigns and reports. We specialize in delivering transactional and marketing emails.
From the beginning, the company has been focused on developing its own technologies and solutions that have allowed us to build a fully scalable product.
We currently support over 12,000 new registrations to the application per month. Thousands of companies from the United States, Great Britain, India, Brazil, France, Canada, Italy, Spain, Poland and many other European countries use our solution.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Participate in the life and daily meetings of the product marketing team to plan activities and projects,
Design scalable solutions for a web application,
Define user needs in order to improve, optimize and expand the product,
Constantly analyze the competition and existing solutions in the area of UI/UX,
Design interfaces,
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Manager, Development Team Leaders and the Marketing Department to transform strategic requirements into an easy-to-use product,
Take care of the usefulness of the product at the same time bearing in mind the business legitimacy of the designed solutions,
Validate developers’ work in order to ensure the highest possible quality and usability of the implemented designs.
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in designing web applications,
Has UI and UX skills supported by experience,
Can pose hypotheses and questions and conduct an open discussion,
Has experience in conducting UX research with end users,
Is creative in finding solutions, taking into account technical possibilities and business requirements,
Is well-organized, independent and communicative,
Has excellent command of the English language (written and spoken),
Good knowledge of Jira, Miro, Adobe XD and Hotjar.
