How to migrate to Creator Suite from Flodesk

1. Create the account with Creator Suite
To start the migration process, you need to create an account at Creator Suite first. No credit card is required, and we offer two ways to sign up: a simple sign-up with Google or a standard sign-up with your email address. You can create an account using our Creator Suite sign-up page.
2. Create the link in bio with Creator Suite
If you had the link in bio created in Flodesk, it takes 2 minutes to create and publish it in the Creator Suite. Right after you sign up, you can create it on the home screen.
3. Migrate your contacts
To import your contacts from Flodesk, please open your Flodesk account, go to Audience, choose the right segment, and on the chosen segment, click on the three dots on the segment’s card, and click on “Download CSV”. After you receive an email with your contacts list, download it to your computer or device. Then, open the Creator Suite account, go to the Audience tab on the left-hand menu, and click the “Add contacts” button available on the screen. Pick the “Upload contacts” option, read and confirm the terms, and choose the way of uploading your contacts. The migration process is completed after verifying and assigning contacts to a list.
